Mohan Babu, a senior artiste, refused to comment on Chiranjeevi's entry into politics . He said, "I don't want to talk on that issue now. I just came to console Rajashekar and Jeevitha. We in the cinema field, don't bother about caste and creed. We lived together with the greats like NTR, Akkineni, Rama Naidu, Dasari and we are continuing the tradition till now. As a citizen, Rajashekar has every right to comment on any issue. Attack on Rajashekar is very unfortunate and inhuman. By God's grace, Rajashekar was lucky that he escaped with minor injuries. Apologies can't help if something had happened to Rajashekr."
