Vishal’s Salute with 750 Prints


Vishal become famous in Tooltywood with his Telugu dubbed versions of  Pandemkodi, Pogaru. His recent film  Bhayya not did well though it grabbed huge openings. But now he is coming with Salute, the bilingual movie  in Telugu and Tamil, is under hectic schedule in Hyderabad.

The shoot is progressing at outskirts Kompally. Nayantara is the heroine. GK Films makes this film with Vikram Krishna (producer of Bhayya and hero's brother) as the producer and A. Rajasekhar as director (who worked as journalist with BBC and National Geographic Channel).

Hero Vishal said he was immensely happy to do his first straight film in Telugu with Salute. "I heard the story of Rajasekhar nearly two and half years ago. But, I waited to get more composure. Now, I am confident of the film. I do the role of a police officer, which is modeled with a different feel."

Vikram Krishna said: "Salute (Satyam in Tamil) will release with 750 prints globally, which is going to be a record. The release is planned in May. Mind-blowing visual effects are being executed with Hollywood technician (who worked on Matrix and Krishh)."

 Director Rajasekhar said: "I am lucky to do a film with GK Productions. So far, nearly rupees three crores were spent only on songs and stunts canning. Vikram Krishna never said no to budget. It has all ingredients of entertainment. Salute is an action film which will entertain family audiences too."

Highlights of the film are: Music is by Harris Jayraj; stunts by Kanal Kannan; Art work by Thota Tharani; and Cinematography by RD Rajasekhar (who worked for Gharshana, Gajani).
