Mumbai: Kunal who made his debut in 'Premikula Roju' (produced by A M Ratnam) committed suicide by hanging himself at around 10 p.m. on Wednesday night in his rented flat in Mumbai. Kunal singh's family friend Lavina, who was in his apartment at that time, found his body. The police are waiting for the autopsy before deciding the line of investigation. Initial reports suggest he was going through marital problems. He was said to be depressed during the last few months. The apartment watchman says he is suspecting marital disputes between Kunal and his wife. "Kunal's wife left the house with their two children just two days ago. We do not know whether they fought." the watchman said.Sources say that he is was close to an actress with whom he is acting in a new Bollywood film and this friendship may have been the reason for his marital problems. He was popular for his maiden film 'Premikula Roju' as its music composed by A R Rahman was a sensation. He paired with Sonali Bendre in the film. He had acted in several movies that include 'Varushamellam Vasantham' (Tamil), 'Unarchigal' (Tamil), 'Nanbargal' (his last release).
