After a long time, Successful Woman director Vijaya Nirmala and Kala Prapurna Krishna are coming together in M. Saisantosh art productions Soldier. This film is produced by Woman Producer Krishnaveni. Balaji provided the story inputs and is also playing an important role in this film. Soldier shooting began on Friday morning at Planet 10 in Nanakramguda, on the outskirts of Hyderabad. The Muhurat was a well attended do from film fraternity. Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Minister Kanna Laskhmi Narayana has given the clap for the first shot and well-known producer C. Kalyan switched on the Camera. Addressing the media conference on this occasion Kala Prapurna Krishna said that this film is going to be milestone his film career and is based on the story by Balaji which says Soldier defends the country and a player defends the country's pride. Director Smt. Vijaya Nirmala said that the film has all the elements as per the present trend and is a sentimental film with comedy touch. She added the film will be completed in a single schedule with restricted budget. The cast consists of Kondavalasa, Surya, Gautam Raju, Ragini, Apoorva, Ashok Kumar and others.
